Murrindindi Shire launched its LoopedIn Council app to help residents understand the introduction of its FOGO and Glass collections.
The personalised calendar made it easy for residents to see the old collection service (weekly waste and fortnightly recycling), the exact date of change, and the new schedule for their home (weekly FOGO, monthly glass and fortnightly waste and recycling). Bin night reminders ensure no one forgets their new bin night. Detailed bin info pages help residents understand what to put into each bin.

The City of Ballarat launched its Ballarat Waste App to put local waste and recycling information directly in the hands of residents.
Available for free on iPhone and Android, this council waste app makes it easy to access up-to-date collection schedules, recycling information, and service alerts – all from a single tap.

Livingstone Shire’s Waste Wise App is simplifying access to waste services.
Since September 2022, all waste vouchers have been available digitally, helping residents save time while supporting more sustainable, paper-free processes with our digital waste solutions.

Cessnock rolled out its waste app & digital vouchers to streamline communication and education for its residents. Over 76.36% of premises have downloaded the app. It is available on iOS, Android and Councils website, answering resident questions and reducing calls to Council.

Bega Valley Shire Council has made waste management easier by moving its free waste vouchers to the Impact Apps Waste App (now Loopedin Councils).
No more lost paper vouchers – residents can now redeem and track their vouchers digitally, creating less waste and more convenience through our custom council apps.
